The applicant should have previous experience in the house building industry and will be responsible for the procurement of materials and working within budgets. The successful applicant will also be responsible for assisting our Technical Department with budgets and appraisals offering a wide and varied scope of work. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work within a team environment are essential. We offer an excellent salary package commensurate with the position including company car, pension scheme and private medical scheme, all after a qualifying period.
